Ingredients

    Small Portion

  • 180g fat free Greek yogurt/naturalyoghurt or Skyr
  • ½ tsp chia seeds
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 oatcakes, crumbled
  • 30g oats
  • 80g berries
  • Vanilla stevia to taste (or substitute honey or xylitol)
  • Large Portion

  • 250g fat free Greek yogurt/natural yoghurt or Skyr
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 3 oatcakes, crumbled
  • 50g oats
  • 100g berries
  • Vanilla stevia to taste (or substitute)
  • Optional toppings

  • 1 tbsp crushed walnuts
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

Method

  1. Place the yogurt in a bowl and stir in the vanilla stevia (or desired sweetener) and cinnamon.
  2. Place the yogurt in a bowl and stir in the chia seeds, vanilla stevia (or desired sweetener) and cinnamon.
  3. Add the crumbed oatcakes and oats. Add another layer of yogurt (roughly another third) add the berries and top with the rest of the yogurt.
