Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp crunchy peanut or cashew butter
- 3 heaped tbsp ground almonds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Sprinkle of sea salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
Method
- Pre heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 and line a muffin tin with muffin cases.
- Pop the ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix into a cake batter. Pour into the cases (it should make around 7-8 muffins) and bake in the oven for around 20-25 minutes.
- Allow to cool and munch.
