- 80g berries
- Vanilla stevia to taste (or substitute honey or xylitol)
- 250g fat free Greek yogurt/natural yoghurt or Skyr
- 1 tsp chia seeds

Method
- Place the yogurt in a bowl and stir in the vanilla stevia (or desired sweetener) and cinnamon.
- Place the yogurt in a bowl and stir in the chia seeds, vanilla stevia (or desired sweetener) and cinnamon.
- Add the crumbed oatcakes and oats. Add another layer of yogurt (roughly another third) add the berries and top with the rest of the yogurt.
