Ingredients
- ½ banana
- 100g plain Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
- 20g vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp chia seeds (substitute flaxseed or omit)
- ½–1 tsp orange extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Add water or almond milk to reach desired consistency (60–100ml)
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz for 1 minute until smoothe and creamy.
