Ingredients

  • ½ banana
  • 100g plain Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
  • 20g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp chia seeds (substitute flaxseed or omit)
  • ½–1 tsp orange extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Add water or almond milk to reach desired consistency (60–100ml)

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz for 1 minute until smoothe and creamy.
