Full Body Conditioning Circuit

Get warmed up and get stuck into this descending rep full body kettlebell complex.

Perform back to back as a circuit, rest as long as you need between circuits to ensure your technique remains safe and effective whilst going nice and heavy.

Complete 4-5 rounds of the circuit.

Aim to use the same KB’s for the whole circuit.

  • Deadlift 10 reps
  • Hang cleans 8 reps
  • Shoulder press 6 reps
  • Renegade rows 4 reps each arm
