6 Minute Workout

We’re all pushed for time, some days more than others BUT a big part of the problem is the mindset of thinking a workout needs to be 45-60 minutes long to be classed as effective, leading to no workout being done because it’s “not worth it”.

Many of our clients work long hours and travel a lot with their job, so I give them short but effective workouts based on the equipment they have access to.

This 6-minute workout is a perfect example.

Feel free to make this a 7, 8, 9 or 10-minute workout if you wish.

Perform as many rounds of this circuit as possible in 6 minutes, choose a weight that’s challenging BUT allows you to be quite fluid with your reps

  • Swings 10 reps
  • Goblet squats 10 reps
  • Push-ups 10 reps
  • Plank walkouts 10 reps
