Full Body Kettlebell & Bodyweight Workout

There are 2 circuits here Fitties.

The first is a full body workout and the second focuses on the abs.

Complete all sets of the first circuit before completing the abs combo.

FIRST: Perform as a circuit back to back, rest as little as poss and complete 3-5 rounds depending on ability level.

  • Gorilla rows 4 reps each arm
  • Push ups 6 reps
  • Sprawl to deadlift 8 reps
  • Weighted jump squats 10 reps

NOTE: Feel free to do bodyweight jump squats. Remember to land as soft as possible to look after those knees.

SECOND: Perform as a circuit back to back, rest as little as poss and complete 3-4 rounds.

  • V sit ups 10 reps
  • Russian twists 10 reps each side
  • Plank ups 10 reps
