Ingredients
- 90g oats
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1-2 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder
- 250g 0% yogurt
- 60g dried cranberries or cherries
- ½-1 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp honey (optional)
Method
- Place the oats, almond milk and protein powder into a bowl and mix well until the protein powder has completely mixed in.
- Now add the remaining ingredients and mix well again.
- Separate into 2 tubs, put the lids on and then whack them in the fridge overnight.
- Enjoy cold.
