15 Minute Kettlebell & Bodyweight Circuit

NOTE: The workout starts at 11:05 mins if you’re familiar with the exercises, are warm or coming back to do this workout again and don’t need to watch the intro.

Get warmed up and get stuck into this full body combo. Only 1 kettlebell or dumbbell needed 👌

Perform 40s on each exercise with 20s in between and complete 3-4 rounds back to back.

  1. Swings
  2. Clean & squat right arm
  3. Clean & squat left arm
  4. Alternating rows
  5. Plank ups

Be sure to have a little stretch at the end Fitties.
