Perform the following exercises for 45s with 15s rest between each.

Go for 3 rounds.

  1. Sumo drop squats
  2. Knee drive jump lunge right leg
  3. Plank up & push up combo
  4. Knee drive jump lunge left leg
  5. Knee to elbow & close grip push up combo
  6. 1.5 squats
  7. Ab bicycles

Enjoy and be sure to have a little stretch afterward.
