It’s easy to suffer from information overwhelm when the menopause symptoms begin.

As you begin to research options you soon discover there are lots of options, conflicting advice and it becomes difficult to establish what’s right for you. 

In my experience the following three things can help any woman begin to put a personalised menopause plan in place:

  1. Advice from highly experienced and empathetic menopause experts  
  2. Evidence-based resources providing information on nutrition, supplements, and exercise 
  3. Support and interaction with other women in a similar position 

I realised many women didn’t have access to the above so I decided to provide the opportunity and launch a 21 Day Menopause Support Hub this September.

I’ve recruited a team of trusted menopause experts including a Newson Health Menopause GP, a medical herbalist, a vaginal health expert, and a women’s health physio. 

PLUS nutritionists and exercise professionals providing guidance on nutrition, supplements, weight loss, joint/bone health, and training through menopause.
