Harrisa Turkey And Yogurt Lettuce Wraps

Before we at Fitter Food started on the paleo diet a few years back we used to love fajitas and wraps. However we avoid gluten as much as we can now, which means the flour wrap had to go. BUT, not all was lost as iceberg lettuce leaves make a great replacement. Besides, it’s whats in the wrap that makes the difference and these harrisa turkey wraps were absolutely delicious.
